Internationally renowned chefs Ori Geller and Hari Shetty, with experience from Nobu, Izakaya and The Dutchess among other top European restaurants, shared a vision to go back to the very origin of cooking – the live fire. Hari and Ori founded Nela, a fine-dining restaurant where locally produced ingredients are used for Mediterranean-inspired dishes all made with live fire.

Since Nela opened in the spectacular architectural marvel called the Valley, located in southern Amsterdam, it has now established itself as one of the top restaurants in the city, receiving rave reviews and with hard-to-book tables.
